Thank you for stopping by my website! I am a Masters degree clinical counsellor located in Langley, BC, who specializes in working with children and youth.
I work as a school counsellor with students ranging from elementary to grade 12, with a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, self-harming, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, OCD, ODD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ASD.
I wanted to create a space for anyone and everyone to access support through resources and blog posts, as well as online and in-person counselling services.
